Chris Cogdill opened his real estate law practice in 1998, and since that time he's grown the business to include more than a dozen people who concentrate exclusively on residential real estate law and related areas (wills & trusts).

From the beginning we've always focused on providing excellent service to all of our clients, and that focus extends to everyone we deal with — buyers, sellers, refinancers, real estate agents, banks, mortgage companies, builders, surveyors and real estate appraisers.
